By accessing or using Clariqo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Clariqo provides AI-powered quality assurance analysis for Articulate Storyline course files. The Service includes content analysis, readability scoring, technical validation, and browser-based editing capabilities.

3. Independent Service; Trademarks

Clariqo is an independent product developed by Zielsdorf Technical Solutions LLC and is licensed by Expanse Education Group LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Articulate Global, Inc. ("Articulate") in any way.

"Articulate", "Storyline", "Rise 360", "Articulate 360", and related marks are trademarks of Articulate Global, Inc. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Any reference to Articulate products is for descriptive purposes only and does not imply any association or endorsement.

Clariqo processes .story files that you create and own using Articulate software. Your use of Articulate software is governed solely by your agreement with Articulate. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of Clariqocomplies with your Articulate license terms.

4. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the Service
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the course files you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your files solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

AI-Generated Suggestions. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate quality assurance feedback, grammar suggestions, clarity revisions, and readability scores. These suggestions are provided for informational purposes only and should be reviewed by a qualified person before acceptance. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated suggestions.

7. Data Processing

To provide quality assurance analysis, your uploaded content may be processed by third-party AI services (including Amazon Web Services). Content is processed solely to deliver analysis results and is not used to train AI models. Uploaded files are automatically deleted after 30 days of inactivity. 8. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Execution pack purchases are one-time charges. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.

10. File Integrity

If the Service offers file modification or re-packaging features, you acknowledge that modified files may behave differently than the originals. You are solely responsible for testing any modified files before distribution. We are not liable for any corruption, data loss, or functional issues in re-packaged files. We strongly recommend maintaining backup copies of all original files.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
